How to book accommodation?

On the first page of our presentation you will choose the accommodation you are interested in or you can search one by location, category and price. Then click on the name, fill out the request form and send it off.

Our reservation department will process your order and answer via e-mail or fax as soon as possible. We make a reservation free of charge. Then you will obtain a voucher that you need in order to prove your identity in a hotel.

How are your personal data from reservation/request form protected?

Each form is checked by SSL security server and all data send are 100 % coded. In case you are still afraid of entering your personal data, you may print the form and send it by fax on numbe+420281910866.

How can you pay for accommodation and services?

1. We prefer: Payment by credit card without advance
You will pay the whole amount after the arrival in the hotel. We require a guarantee by a valid credit card.
2.The partial payment by bank transfer.You will pay for the first night in advance on our bank account. The amount has to be remitted at least 7 days before arrival (in case of groups 20 days).
The additional charge you will pay in cash or by credit card in a hotel.
3.The payment in advance.You will pay the whole amount for accommodation and services in advance by bank transfer on our bank account. The amount has to be remitted at least 7 days before arrival (in case of groups 20 days).

What does the guarantee mean?

The financial guarantee will be used in case you do not arrive and your binding order was not duly canceled. In this case you are charged the one night´s stay charge from the guarantee in accord to the ancellation policy. As a guarantee we accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER) or a deposit on our bank account made at least 7 days before arrival (in case of groups 21 days).

What is the cancellation policy?

If the reservation is cancelled/amended 3 days or more (groups 14 days), prior to the arrival date, you will not pay any cancellation fee. Otherwise you will be charged the one night´s stay charge.

Is it possible to order a transfer from the airport?

Please mark the requirement of transfer or driving a car up (according to the offer of rent-a-car) in the reservation form. Do not forget to announce the number of your flight to our reservation department at least two days before arrival. Then the driver will wait for you the in the airport and takes you to a hotel or takes you an ordered car over. It is possible to pay for this service either in advance or directly to a driver.
